| Abstract: | This paper introduces the general situation of the ci vilianization of the ports at present. It states the main elements and character istics of the port, and the civilianiaztion target model. Especially it introd uces the principle and the method of the Markov Chains, the microcosmic simulati on of the civilianization process of the port, and how to use the Markov Chains to forecast the trend of the port model. |
