牺牲阳极的阴极保护施工技术在海港码头工程中的应用

摘    要:深水码头的基桩,普遍采用大直径钢管桩。由于长年处于海水状态下,作为主要海洋工程结构物钢管桩,其防腐工作极其重要。钢管桩牺牲阳极阴极保护是一种控制金属电化学腐蚀的保护方法。结合绿华山海上散货减载平台工程,介绍了牺牲阳极阴极保护技术的原理,介绍了阳极块水下焊接主要施工工艺,可供参考。

Abstract:The large diameter steel pile is widely used as the foundation pile in the deep water terminal. Because the steel piles are in the sea water for long years,so as the main sea engineering structure,the antisepsis of the pile is very important,which will influence its life span. Oxidizing positive pole and protecting negative pole of the steel pile is a protective method of controlling electromechanical antisepsis of metal.This paper in light of Lhuashan load-reducing platform engineering,introduces the principle of oxidizing positive pole and protecting negative pole technology,introduces the constructive technology of welting the positive pole piece under water,which could be referenced.
