| 摘 要： | 结合2008年元月中旬以来20多天冰雪低温天气对电力机车造成的影响,与历年同期电力机车发生的质量信息进行对比分析,寻找规律,并结合机车运用实际,提出了防范措施,为今后电力机车防寒工作提供了可借鉴的基础资料。
