| 摘 要： | 介绍了地铁车辆传统电气布线工艺及其缺点,提出建立布线模板的制作标准,并以南京地铁10号线底架电气布线模板为例,阐述了利用ELCAD、AutoCAD和CATIA产品三维设计软件制作电气布线模板的具体过程。该模板具有目视化、集成化的特点,在节拍式生产过程中使生产效率显著提高。

| Abstract: | Considering the characteristics of conventional electrical wiring techniques and its shortcomings, establishment of the fabrication standard for the wiring template is set forth. With tile electric wiring template on the underframe for Nanjing Metro Line 10 vehicles as an example, this paper reviews the speci＇ic processes for the template production with the help of 3D design software like ELCAD,AutoCAD and CATIA. The template is characterized by visualization and inlegralion, and can dramatically increase the production efficiency in takt production. |
