基于车载式发电机组的减振研究与有限元仿真分析

摘    要:为了减小车载式柴油发电机组对精密装备的振动干扰,以某型号的75 kW汽车电站为研究对象,并以该发电机组作为试验样机,在合理设计机组弹性安装的基础上,对带有碗型减振器的机组性能进行研究。对比实验得到的振动数据,采用有限元法得到机组的固有频率和振动响应,进行有限元仿真分析。结果表明:机组在发动机与发电机处的振动烈度较为显著,通过减振器与橡胶垫的减振缓冲作用,机组底座的振动响应明显减小,其在压力载荷作用下响应位移最大值为0.89033 mm。其中,机组底座与副车架连接处的位移不超过0.2 mm,满足车载精密装备对振动的要求。

Abstract:In order to reduce the vibration interference of on-board diesel generator set on precision equipment,the performance of a 75 kW automobile power station with bowl shock absorber was studied on the basis of reasonable design of the elastic installation of the unit.Comparing the vibration data obtained from the experiment,the natural frequency and vibration response of the unit are obtained by finite element method,and the finite element simulation analysis is carried out.The results show that the vibration intensity of the unit is remarkable at the engine and generator.Through the shock absorber and rubber cushion,the vibration response of the unit base decreases obviously,and the maximum response displacement under pressure load is 0.67324mm.Among them,the displacement of the joint between the unit base and the sub-frame is not more than 0.1 mm,which meets the vibration requirements of the vehicle-mounted precision equipment.
