| Abstract: | This paper analyses and assesses the degree of the vessel traffic control in Xiamen Port by adopting a method of fuzzy comprehensive assessment and puts forward some suggestions as to how to build a VTS, which is of practical value in improvement of the function and efficiency of the VTS in Xiamen Port. |
