互通式立交匝道的服务水平分析

摘    要:为完善互通式立交匝道设计标准,更好地指导设计人员选择合适的设计指标,以单车道匝道基本路段为研究对象,对互通式立交匝道服务水平及服务交通量的含义和影响因素进行分析;结合单车道匝道基本路段车流运行特征,提出以相对延误率作为服务水平的评价划分标准,从理论分析和实际调查两个角度,确立了相对延误率的计算方法;结合匝道设计速度,以相对延误率分别为30%、60%、80%、100%作为匝道四级服务水平划分标准,并建议以二级服务水平作为匝道的设计服务水平.

Abstract:To improve the interchange ramp design standards and guide designer select the appropriate design specifications, the meaning and influencing factors of interchange ramp service level and traffic flow are analyzed by taking single-lane ramp section as the study object. Combined with the traffic operat- ing characteristics of single-lane ramp section, the relative delay is taken as the evaluation and classifica- tion criteria of service level. The calculation method of relative delay is built from aspects of theoretical analysis and practical investigation. According to the ramp design speed, the relative delay rate of 30%, 60%, 80%, 100% are taken as the four service level classification criteria of the ramp, and the design ser- vice level of ramp is recommended as the second service level.
