摘    要:在利用岩石轧制生产机制砂的过程中,伴随产生相当数量的岩石细粉副产物。为了有效利用石粉资源,本文对石灰岩石粉代替粉煤灰作混凝土矿物掺合料的可用性进行了研究。首先,测试了掺入石粉的水泥胶砂的流动性和力学性能;其次,对石粉取代粉煤灰作掺合料对C 30、C 60、C 80机制砂混凝土工作性和强度的影响进行了试验和讨论。结果显示:在混凝土中掺入15%~22.5%数量的石粉作掺合料是完全可行的,其对混凝土强度的影响基本相当于等掺量的粉煤灰。

Abstract:In limestone quarries, considerable amounts of limestone powders are produced as byproducts of stone crushers. It is a big problem that how this by-product could turn into a valuable resource. In this paper the usability of a quarry dust limestone powder in concrete applications substituted for fly ash as mineral admixture is investigated. Firstly, the flow and mechanical properties of cement mortar incorporating quarry waste limestone powder are tested. Secondly, the workability and strength of the C30, C60 and C80 grade concretes with quarry waste limestone powder substituted for fly ash as mineral admixture are tested and discussed. The results show that it is possible to successfully utilize 15%-22.5% amounts of quarry waste limestone powder as mineral admixture in producing concretes. Compared with the equal amounts of fly ash, employment of quarry waste limestone powders has no detrimental influence on strength.
