CRH型高速动车组车轮测量基准初探及量具运用

摘    要:在CRH型高速动车组车轮轮缘踏面检测中,由于LMA、CN和XP55等3种车轮踏面形状不同,因此,统一测量基准可以使车轮的测量工作更加简便。介绍基于统一的测量基准开发的车轮轮缘踏面检测量具的结构,及使用该量具测量3种车轮踏面主要参数的方法。

Abstract:The tread shapes of the 3 types of CRH high-speed EMU Wheels including LMA,CN,XP55 are different in the inspection of wheel flange and tread.Unifying the measuring basis could simplify the wheel measurement in practice.The paper introduces the structure of the measurement tool for wheel flange and tread based on the unified measuring basis,also introduces the method used to measure the key parameters of the 3 types of wheel tread by this measurement tool.
