加载频率对高强钢筋疲劳试验的影响研究

摘    要:铁路工程常用的HRB335级钢筋作为落后产能产品已明令淘汰。为贯彻落实国家产业政策,保证铁路建设项目顺利实施,开展铁路工程应用高强钢筋试验研究,为标准制修订提供技术支撑。由于铁路工程应用高强钢筋相关试验样本量大、加载次数高,若采用常规疲劳试验机,试验周期将变得无法承受。因此,试验研究加载频率更高的高频试验机应用到试验中,系统进行高强钢筋母材及连接接头的疲劳性能试验。研究表明:分别采用高、低频疲劳试验机的高强钢筋母材和连接接头的对比疲劳试验结果无明显差异,高频疲劳试验机可用于高强钢筋母材和连接接头的疲劳试验,大幅提高了疲劳试验效率。

Effect of Loading Frequency on Fatigue Test of High-strength Bars

Abstract:HRB335 rebar commonly used in railway engineering has been officially eliminated as a product of outdated capacity. To implement the national industrial policy and ensure normal implementation of railway construction projects,researches on application of high-strength bars in railway engineering are conducted to provide technical support for the revision of the standard. Because of the big quantity of high-strength bar test samples for railway engineering and high loading times,the use of conventional fatigue testing machine may result in unacceptable number of test cycles. Thus,experimental study on high frequency load testing machines with higher frequency employed in test is conducted and fatigue performance tests on high-strength bars base material and connecting joints are carried out systematically. Research results show the test results obtained by both high-frequency fatigue testing machine and low-frequency fatigue testing machine have no significant difference,but the high-frequency fatigue testing machine is most effective in fatigue testing of high-strength bar base material and connectors.
