西安至成都高速铁路设计创新技术综述

摘    要:我国已成为高速铁路设计、建造及运营技术的世界强国。艰险山区高速铁路设计、建设及运营时间相对较短,技术难度大,仍需要从设计源头开始进行攻坚克难,创新提升技术。结合西成高铁的特点,有针对性地从克服复杂地形,满足环保及安全等需要,对项目设计创新进行综述,提出创新的体会,为满足国家"一带一路"和"走出去"战略要求;研发更先进、更可靠、更绿色的高铁技术奠定基础,为类似高速铁路的技术创新提供参考。

Overview of the Design and Innovative Technology of Xi'an-Chengdu High-Speed Railway

Abstract:China has become a world power in the design,construction and operation of high-speed railways. As the design,construction and operation of high-speed railway in dangerous mountain areas have been only in existence for relatively short period of time and the relevant technologies are very difficult,it is still necessary to tackle difficult problems from the very beginning of the design,and innovate and upgrade the technologies. In view of the characteristics of Xi 'an-Chengdu High-Speed Railway,this paper stresses project design innovations and summarizes innovative experiences so as to face complex terrain challenges and meet the needs of environmental protection and safety,which are expected to lay the foundation for the fulfillment of national "the Belt and Road"and "Going Global"strategic requirement,and for the research and development of more advanced,reliable and greener high-speed railway technologies and to provide references for technical innovation of similar high-speed railways.
