巴基斯坦拉合尔市橙线无缝线路设计

摘    要:无缝线路设计是轨道设计的关键问题之一。主要研究分析巴基斯坦拉合尔市橙线无缝线路设计方案,同时为国外高温地区无缝线路设计提供参考。橙线线路主要以高架线形式敷设,桥梁结构以U形简支梁为主。拉合尔地区整体气温偏高,历年最高气温47.4℃,橙线铺设普通区间无缝线路。通过理论计算与有限元分析,对钢轨强度与稳定性、桥梁墩台受力、钢轨断缝、轨缝值设置等进行了分析计算。研究表明:橙线高架线及地面线设计锁定轨温取(35±5)℃,轨缝值取8 mm是合适的,同时提出伸缩调节器的设置建议。

Continuously Welded Rail Design of the Orange Line in Lahore Pakistan

Abstract:Continuously welded rail design is one of the key issues in track design. The continuously welded rail design scheme of the Orange Line project in Lahore,Pakistan is analyzed to provide reference for other similar projects. The most part of the orange line is elevated and the bridge structure is dominated by U-shaped simply supported beam. The overall temperature of the Lahore area is high,and the maximum temperature is 47. 4 ℃. Ordinary continuously welded rail is laid on the line. Through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis,the strength and stability of the rail,the stress of the bridge pier,the rail breakage and the joint gap values are analyzed and calculated. The results show that the designed stress-free temperature of 35 ± 5 ℃ is accepted on both elevated line and ground line,and the joint gap value of 8 mm is acceptable. Meanwhile,recommendations on setting up rail expansion device are put forward.
