基于模糊理论的信号设备使用寿命研究

摘    要:因对信号设备使用寿命评估不准确,导致现场信号设备超期服役现象时有发生。结合当前信号设备现场实际运行情况,综合分析影响铁路信号设备使用寿命因素。基于模糊理论将影响信号设备使用寿命的各个因素量化,以此确定相应设备使用寿命的模糊综合评判矩阵,从而实现对设备使用寿命的评估。以计算机联锁系统上位机电源模块为例,对其使用寿命进行评估,其评估结果与现场数据一致,所以现场维修维护人员可以参考该评估方法,对相应信号设备制定合理维修周期,减少设备故障发生,确保铁路运输安全运行。

Evaluation of Railway Signal Equipment's Service Life Based on Fuzzy Theory

Abstract:The inaccurate assessment of railway signal equipment's service life often leads unnecessarily to extended service of equipment.With reference to the actual operation of signal equipment,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the service life of railway signal equipment.Based on the fuzzy theory,these factors are quantified to determine the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation matrix for the assessment of equipment service life.The paper focuses on the upper computer power module in the computer interlocking system to evaluate its service life.The assessment results are consistent with field data to allow maintenance personnel to decide reasonable maintenance cycle for signal equipment.Thus,equipment failure is reduced and safe railway operation is guaranteed.
