摘    要:在实际铁路运营过程中,道岔控制电路的动作命令并没有得到有效的事先校验,故障排查耗时耗力,严重影响其可靠性和运行效率。鉴于此,研究并设计一种模拟三相五线制交流转辙机工作状态的虚拟交流转辙机。该虚拟交流转辙机与道岔控制电路相连接,采集动作过程中的电流、电压信息并计算出电流、电压的有效值,既可以由虚拟转辙机上的故障指示灯警示故障,也可在上位机绘制出功率曲线,由此可分析故障现象。不但节省故障排查时间,而且提高道岔控制电路的可靠性和运营效率,具有便携、安全、可靠、成本低的优点。

Research and Design of Five-wire AC Virtual Switch Machine for Speed up Switch

Abstract:Should the operation command of the indoor switch control circuit not be effectively checked in advance in the actual railway operation process,its reliability and operation efficiency are seriously affected on account of time-consuming and labor-intensive troubleshooting. In view of this,this paper studies and designs a virtual switch machine that simulates the working state of the three-phase five-wire AC point switch. The connection between the virtual AC point switch and the switch control circuit,the collection of the current and voltage information in the course of action and the calculation of the effective value of current and voltage have made it possible to identify the fault phenomenon either by the warning of fault indicator lamps of the virtual pointswitch,or the drawing of the power curve on the upper computer,which can not only save the time of troubleshooting but also improve the reliability and operation efficiency of the switch control circuit,characterized by portability,safety,reliability and low cost.
