T形截面RPC简支梁抗剪性能试验及有限元分析

摘    要:为了研究T形截面RPC简支梁抗剪性能,开展6根配置HRB500级钢筋的RPC简支梁抗剪试验,包括3根矩形梁和3根T形梁。采用ANSYS分析软件对T形截面高强钢筋RPC梁的受力性能进行模拟,探讨其本构关系及模型建立,并将有限元计算结果和试验结果进行比对分析。结果表明:ANSYS建立的模型能较好地模拟T形截面RPC梁的抗剪受力性能,采用T形截面可以提高RPC梁的抗剪承载力及抗变形性能,T形截面RPC梁的抗剪承载力较矩形截面RPC梁分别提高27.26%、21.03%、11.33%;翼缘宽度对T形高强钢筋RPC梁抗剪性能有较大影响,当翼缘宽度与腹板宽度比值为2时,梁的抗剪承载力提高最大,配箍率为0和0.25%的T形截面RPC梁抗剪承载力较矩形截面RPC梁分别提高29.2%和11.54%,翼缘宽度对T形截面RPC无腹筋梁抗剪承载力的影响更为显著,但影响程度并不呈线性关系。

Test and Finite Element Analysis of Shear Performance of Simply Supported RPC T Beams

Abstract:In order to explore the shear performance of simply supported RPC T beams,six simply supported RPC beams with HRB500 rebar are tested,including three rectangular beams and three T beams. The ANSYS analysis software is used to simulate the mechanical performance of RPC T beams.The constitutive relationship is discussed and modeling is conducted. The finite element calculation results and test results are compared and analyzed. The results show that the shear performance of RPC T beams is simulated with ANSYS and good simulating results are obtained. The T beams can improve the shear bearing capacity and distortion-resistant ability,the shear bearing capacity of RPC T beam is increased by 27. 26%,21. 03% and 11. 33% respectively against that of rectangular section RPC beam. The flange width has a great influence on the shear performance of RPC T beams,when the specific ratio between flange width and web width is 2. The shear bearing capacity of beams increases most,and the shear bearing capacity of RPC T beam with stirrup ratio 0 and 0. 25% is increased by 29. 2% and 11. 54%respectively against that of rectangular section RPC beam. The influence of the flange width on the shear capacity of the RPC T beam without stirrups is more significant,but the influence doesn't have a linear relation.
