阜阳北编组站扩能改造工程供配电系统设计研究

摘    要:阜阳北编组站扩能改造工程将原三级四场规模的站场扩大至三级八场并同步配套生产设备、生活设施及既有下行解编系统整治工程。通过对阜阳北站既有站区供配电系统的调查和分析,基于阜阳北编组站扩容改造后的全站负荷计算,依据"尽量利旧"原则,从供电系统、一级配电系统及低压配电系统全面探讨编组站改扩建工程中电力供配电系统的设计思路和原则,并在35/10 kV变配电所低压侧无功补偿中引入电缆充电功率与传统容性无功功率补偿结合的无功平衡方案,以加强对编组站用电负荷功率因数的控制。通过对阜阳北编组站改扩建工程中电力供配电设计流程进行归纳和整理,以探讨形成流程化设计模式。

Research on the Design of Electric Power Supply and Distribution System in Upgraded North Fuyang Marshalling Yard

Abstract:The expansion and renovation of North Fuyang Marshalling Yard extends the scale of the station yards from four yards in three stages to eight yards in three stages and upgrades its down system of production equipment and living facilities. The design of electric power supply and distribution system of the project is conducted based on the investigation and analysis of the original system and the load calculation of the eight yards in three stages scale. Following the principle of "making full use of the existing facilities",a comprehensive discussion is focused on the solutions of the supply system,the first grade distribution system and the LV distribution system. The combination of the cable charging capacity compensation with the traditional capacity's reactive power compensation at low voltage side of a 35/10 kV substation and distribution station strengthens the control of the loads' power factor in marshalling yard. Based on the design processes of electric power supply and distribution in upgraded North Fuyang Marshalling Yard,flow design patterns are formed.
