聚氨酯减振垫与橡胶减振垫浮置板轨道振动控制效果分析

摘    要:为了研究两种不同材料减振垫浮置板轨道的减振效果,以深圳某新建地铁线路隧道段为研究对象,测试了60 km/h的速度下聚氨酯减振垫轨道、橡胶减振垫轨道和普通道床轨道的振动响应,通过引入铅锤Z振级进行综合评价,分别在时域和频域内对两种减振垫轨道、普通道床轨道的振动特性进行对比分析,结果表明:(1)两种减振垫浮置板轨道结构均在10 Hz左右发生共振;(2)两种材料减振垫轨道在40 Hz范围内都没有减振效果;(3)聚氨酯减振垫相比橡胶减振垫减振效果更好,且减振频域更宽。

Analysis of Vibration Control Effects of Floating Slabs with Polyurethane Damping Pad and Rubber Damping Pad

Abstract:To study the damping effects of two forms of floating slabs with different rubber materials,this paper takes a tunnel section of a domestic metro line as the research object to measure the vibration responses of the polyurethane damping pad floating slab and the rubber damping padfloating slab on a common track structure at the speed of 60 km/h. Then the vertical Z-vibration level is introduced to conduct comprehensive assessment on the two forms of track structures and analyze vibration characteristics of the track structures in time domain and frequency domain respectively. The results show that:( 1) The resonant frequency of both forms of damping pad floating slab is about 10 Hz;( 2) The two forms of floating slabs,which use different rubber materials,basically have no damping effect in the domain of 1 ~ 40 Hz;( 3) Compared with rubber damping pad,the polyurethane damping pad has better damping effect in a wilder frequency domain.
