| 摘 要： | 运用建立数学模型的方法对企业在生产管理中的运输问题和生产计划问题进行了相应的研究．建立运输模型，并根据生产计划的层次分别建立了综合生产计划优化模型、主生产计划优化模型和车间作业计划优化模型，将生产计划逐层分解．最后，对运输问题模型进行了求解研究，并应用MATLAB编程求解对应模型．原来需要具有丰富经验的工作人员一天的劳动现在只需数秒钟就可以由一般工作人员完成，大大降低了工作人员的劳动强度，提高了企业的市场响应能力与生产效率．

| Abstract: | The problem of transportation and production plan is studied in the production and management for enterprises by establishing corresponding mathematical models according to hierarchical organization of the production plan and decomposed production plan.With the use of MATLAB to solve the transportation models,the work of one day done by an expert can be completed in seconds by general staff,it greatly reduces the labor intensification,and improves the enterprise responding ability and production efficiency. |
