| 摘 要： | 信号新技术的应用,推动了电务维修新体制的产生。讨论了电务维修新体制与设备质量保证的5方面内容：综合＂天窗＂修与设备质量保证,维修架构与质量保证,状态修与设备质量保证,电务维修技术工程的创新与设备质量保证,经济学新角度下的维修模式与质量保证。

This paper mainly discusses new S＆C maintenance system and equipment quality guaranty in five aspects, comprehensive repair sky-light and equipment quality guarantee, status-based repair and equipment quality guaranty, the innovation of S＆C maintenance technical engineering and equipment quality guarantee, maintenance model and equipment quality guarantee in new vision of economics. |
