京津城际CRH3动车组大风天气条件下安全行车技术标准参数研究

摘    要:利用京津城际铁路沿线气象站近40年(1971-2008年)风向和风速数据,以及沿线12个风监测站(2008年4-12月)风速和风向资料,结合京津城际铁路沿线现场踏勘,采用工程气象学、铁路信号技术、空气动力学及概率论相结合方法,探讨大风天气条件下CRH3动车组行车安全技术标准参数和沿线大风报警系统,提出京津城际CRH3动车组安全行车的建议。

Research on the Technical Standard Parameters Guaranteeing CRH3 EMU Operation Safety Under Strong Wind Weather on Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway Intercity Railway EMU Operation Safety Under Strong Wind Weather on Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway
Abstract:By making use of the data on wind direction and speed collected by the weather stations along Beijing- Tianjin railway from year 1971 to 2008, and the materials on wind direction and speed collected by the wind monitoring stations along this line from April to December of 2008. and by combining with the field survey along the llne, by adopting and combining the engineering meteorology, aerodynamics and probability theory, the authors discuss the technical parameters guaranteeing CRH3 EMU operation safety and the Strong Wind Warning System, and give suggestions on CRH3 EMU operation safety along Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway.
