摘 要: | 结合EPC越南造船厂项目分段装焊车间桩基础的变更,从设计与施工、技术与经济相结合的角度,阐明EPC合同下,设计的责任和风险由总承包商承担。设计在施工管理、成本控制中处于关键地位,必须从前期调研、设计审核等环节入手控制设计风险,进而控制EPC项目的风险。实践证明,如此可取得较好效益。

Abstract: | Combined with pile foundation changes of Section Welding Workshop of EPC Vietnam Shipyard Project,from design and construction,technical and economical view,this paper clarifies that design responsibility and risk shall be born by general contractor under EPC contract.Design is the key factor in construction management and cost control,so design risk shall be controlled in pre-stage investigation and design review and thus EPC project risk can be controlled.It is proven from practice that this can achieve satisfactory benefit. |
