锚下预应力反拉检测技术

摘    要:预应力技术大量用于土木工程,直接关系到工程安全和使用性能。提出反拉法检测锚下预应力的基本原理。该方法把预应力筋看成弹性体,通过反向施工荷载测量反拉过程中筋材伸长量与反拉力,采用一定的分析计算方法,推算出锚下预应力。分析AP-10锚下预应力检测系统的性能特点,介绍反拉法的应用情况及标准化工作进展。

Abstract:The prestress technique is extensively applied in civil works and directly concerns safety and operational performance of works.This paper proposes basic principle of the reverse drawing method to detect prestress under anchor.This method regards prestressed tendons as elastomers and measures elongation and reverse drawing force of tendon materials during reverse drawing via reverse construction load,and the prestress under anchor is reckoned by means of a certain analytical and computational methods.The paper analyzes performance features of AP-10 detection system for prestress under anchor and introduces application and development of standardization of the reverse drawing method.
