| Abstract: | Aiming at the specificity of the no-midway-stopping passenger trains,this paper points out the inelasticity with traditional maintenance,puts forward a new way which could increase the reliability and availability and decrease the LCC of the trains.This paper also gives expatiation on the correlative issues with balanced maintenance. |
