摘    要:应用免疫组化SABC法研究了NM23/NDPK在正常膀胱、膀胱癌及癌旁组织中的表达。结果显示:NM23在正常膀胱中表达阴性,而癌和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为83.3%和87.5%。鳞癌、腺癌的NM23表达与诸临床病理因素无关,而移行细胞癌NM23表达强度与肿瘤病理分级和临床分期正相关。有淋巴结或远处转移肿瘤的NM23阳性表达率较未转移者低,阳性表达组术后3、5年生存率明显高于阴性组。提示NM23可能参与了膀胱癌的发生,并对移行细胞癌的浸润、转移和预后起负调控作用。

Abstract:The SABC immunohistochemical method was used to detect NM23 gene product/NDPK expression in normal bladder tissues. benign bladderneoplasrnas, bladder carcinomas and adjacent tissues. The results showed negative findings in all normal bladder tissues. The total positivity rate of NM23/NDPK expression in bladder carcinomas and adjacent tissues was 83. 3% and 87. 5%. Expression degree of NM23/NDPK was not equal in different kinds of bladder carcinomas. There was no significant correlation between positive expression of NM23/NDPK and all kinds of clinicopathologic factors in squamous carcinomas and adenocarcinomas.However, the authors observed a positive relationship between NM23/NDPK expression and grade of differentiation and TNM clinicopathologic stage in transitional cell carcinomas (P <0. 01 ). The statistical analysis indicatedthat there was significant inverse correlation between NM23/NDPK expression and lymph-node metastasis or distant metastasis of transitional cell carcinoma (P <0. 05). In addition, expression of NM23/NDPK was positively associated with longer post-operative survival oftransitional cell carcinomas. Therefore, our data suggest that NM23 gene not only has something to do with bladder carcinomas' occurrence, but also plays an important role in controling development or metastasis of bladder transitional cell carcinomas and predicting the prognosis.
