Improving Reliability of Passenger Car Bogies |

| Abstract: | The operation of Russian passenger cars is described.The causes to bad performance of bogie assemblies are analyzed.The relation between the stiffness of the bogie traction rod and the vehicle dynamics parameters is mainly researched. A new type traction rod has been designed and manufactured. The rod has such advantages as little trouble, long service life and high reliability, and can improve the stability of cars. |
