摘    要:应用LS-DYNA软件按中国新车评价程序(2012C-NCAP)标准建立了某轿车的整车侧面碰撞有限元模型,通过B柱侵入速度和侵入量与实车试验的对比,验证了仿真模型的有效性。在分析了试验对比结果之后,论文提出了侧面结构耐撞性的改进方案,仿真结果显示改进效果明显。

Abstract:A car’s side crash CAE model was built with LS-DYNA software according to Chinese New Car Assessment Program(2012C-NCAP).The model was verified to be effective,compared the data of B-pillar intrusion velocity and the deformation with that of a test car.The optimization proposal of side crash was provided after analyzing the results,and some suggestions were given to improve the performance of side crash.The simulation results show that the side crash performance of the car is enhanced significantly.
