公路交通噪声预测值的分析研究

目前在公路建设工程环境影响评价过程中 ,对于交通噪声预测值有多种不同的见解。为了更加准确地预测出新建公路营运期交通噪声对环境的影响 ,我们采用交通部发布的 JTJ0 0 5 - 96《公路建设项目环境影响评价规范》(试行 )中的交通噪声预测模式 ,结合拟建青岛市新河～东营市辛庄子公路的交通噪声预测 ,通过选取交通量昼夜比和车型比等重要参数 ,对交通噪声预测结果进行分析和讨论

Analyses and Research on Estimating Value of Highway Transportation Noise

At present, there are many different interpretations of the estimating value of the transportation noise in the evaluation of the influence of the highway construction projects on environment. In order to predict the influence more precisely, the transportation noise estimating mode introduced in the JTJ 005-96 annanced by the Ministry of Transportation is adopted. Then, combined with the transportation noise prediction of the highway to be built between Xinhe of Qingdao and Xinzhuangzi of Dongying, the ananlyses and research on the estimating result of the transportation noise are made by choosing important parameters as the day-night ratio,the car type ratio,etc.
