摘    要:本文主要论述了LiOH吸收剂的成型工艺研究。根据原料的特殊性质,对比分析了各种成型方法,通过对压制工艺、成型压力、成型粒度、烘干工艺等项的实验研究,最终确定了成型设备、成型压力、成型粒度、升温速度、干燥温度等关键参数,制备出比表面积大、吸收能力强的LiOH吸收剂药粒。

Abstract:The manufacturing technology of LiOH granulate for CO2 absorbent was studied in this paper. According to the properties of the materials, the manufacturing technology LiOH granulate was determined by analyzing several manufacturing methods. The equipment and such critical parameters as the pressure, the distribution of the granular size, the rising rate of the temperature, the temperature of drying were obtained by the experiments on the effect of granulating technology, pressure, granular size, drying tech...
