钢桥面沥青铺装层裂缝病害分析

摘    要:为更准确地反映钢桥面沥青铺装层的裂缝尖端应力场特性及认识其扩展规律,以断裂力学为基础,研究了钢桥面沥青混凝土铺装层裂缝的形成及扩展机理。提出采用20节点等参单元、裂缝奇异单元,建立了铺装层线弹性断裂力学有限元模型,通过裂缝尖端应力强度因子的计算,研究了钢桥面沥青铺装层破坏情况对裂缝扩展的影响。研究表明,裂缝扩展的形式和速率受到铺装层开裂的长度和深度影响,应在其扩展到最不利情况前及时修补。

Abstract:By researching the formation and propagation of cracking on the pavement of asphalt concrete on the steel bridge deck,the crack tip stress regularities of steel deck pavement was explained accurately,based on the theories of fracture mechanics.The finite element analysis models of linear elastic fracture with 20-nodes substance element and cracking singular element were established.By calculating the stress intensity factor of crack tip,the influences of crack situation on pavement,and the crack propagation direction were analyzed.The research shows that crack length and depth influence the extending speed and form,so repairs should be applied before the worst deteriorations occur.
