基于ANSYS的液压平板车车架结构和模态分析

摘    要:基于有限元法对冶金用重型液压平板车车架进行了满载匀速直线行驶工况下的应力和应变计算.同时对车架进行了模态分析,研究了车架结构与其固有频率及其振型的关系,为车架结构改进提供了一定的参考依据。

Abstract:Using finite element method,stress and strain of the heavy hydraulic conveyance vehicle framework is analyzed when the vehicle is moving at the uniform velocity with full load.Then the relations between framework and its nature frequency and associated modes of vibration are researched based on the modal analysis of frame.Certain references for modifying the structure of framework are provided.
