| Abstract: | The accord of evidence happens frequently in our social life. Because of the deficiency of the legislations and the insufficiency of the theoretical study, there are many problems in our practice. This article intends to perfect the legislations and standardize the practice of judicatory by discussing the conception, legal character, constituent element and other related thesis on the accord of evidence. |
