摘    要:为提高列车在碰撞事故中的耐撞性能并保证乘客的安全.以铝合金车体为研究对象,应用碰撞仿真软件PAM-CRASH对客车铝合金车体进行大变形碰撞仿真,并在此基础上利用多学科优化软件iSIGHT对车体前端吸能结构的进行优化,得出在碰撞过程中车体结构的变形模式以及车内乘客身体的受力和加速度情况,并对车体前端吸能结构进行最优化设计,满足轻量化要求,从而实现车辆的被动安全保护和耐撞性优化设计.

Abstract:To improve the train collision crashworthiness and ensure the safety of passengers,large deformation collision simulation was conducted for aluminum alloy car body using collision simulation software PAMCRASH,and multi-disciplinary collaborative optimization software iSIGHT was used for optimization of energyabsorbing structures of the vehicle to obtain the deformation of car body structure,the force and acceleration of passengers in the car during the process of collision.The energy-absorbing structure optimization design can meet the requirements of lightweigh,implement the crashworthiness of vehicle passive safety protection and optimization design.
