| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国与日俱增的道路建设,分析了道路照明特别是道路照明产生的眩光对行车安全产生的影响以及道路照明眩光限制及眩光评价对保障交通安全的重要意义;阐述了道路照明眩光的产生过程和产生因素;讨论了英国的眩光指数法、美国的视觉舒适几率法、亮度限制曲线法、改进的英国眩光指数法、统一眩光值法、眩光指数法、眩光控制等级法及域值增量法等8种眩光评价原理;最后研究了针对普通道路(包括大桥)照明、隧道照明以及高速公路收费收费广场照明的眩光评价体系,并针对不同的照明安装条件分别提出了各自适用的具体评价原理和测试方法。

| Abstract: | At present,the mad construction is increasing more and more rapidly in our country.The affection brought by the road light- ing system especially by the lighting glare,the importance of glare restriction and glare evaluation for traffic safety are analyzed.The cau- sation of road hghting glare is expatiated.Some glare evaluation theories such as GI,VCP,LC,CGI,GR,G,TI,etc.are dis- cnssed.The glare evaluation system for common road (including bridge),tunnel and toll plaza are researched,and their glare evaluation principals and glare testing methods are provided respectively. |
