铁路企业进项发票管理系统的设计与实现

针对铁路企业进项发票管理操作流程复杂、税务核算标准和口径不一致、进项发票抵扣率低等问题,设计并实现铁路企业进项管理系统。在分析业务需求基础上,提出系统设计方案,描述系统的逻辑架构、技术架构、数据接口和主要功能,探讨OCR、工作流及数据加密等关键技术。系统实现进项发票自动获取、验真、抵扣认证及发票全生命周期管理,有助于规范铁路企业税务业务操作,提高进项发票处理合规性和效率,减少纳税失误,强化税务风险管控,提高铁路企业税务管理质量。

Design and implementation of incoming invoice management system for railway enterprises

To deal with the problems such as complex operation process, inconsistent standard and caliber of tax accounting, and low deduction rate of incoming invoice, the incoming invoice management system for railway enterprise was designed and implemented. Based on the analysis of business requirements of railway enterprise's incoming invoice management, the design scheme of the system is presented, in which its logic architecture, technical architecture, data interfaces and main functions are described. Besides, some key techniques used to build the system are explored, including OCR, work flow and data encryption technology. This system can realize automatic data acquisition of incoming invoice, invoice examination and authentication, certification of input tax deducted and life cycle management of incoming invoice and help to standardize railway enterprise' tax operation, enhance the compliance and efficiency of incoming invoice handling, reduce tax errors, strengthen tax risk control, and improve the quality of tax management of railway enterprises.
