| 摘 要： | 为了加强铁路不动产资产管理,提高铁路不动产管理水平,维护铁路不动产使用秩序及合法权益,文章设计和实现了面向铁路不动产的智能监管运营平台,该平台能够对铁路不动产进行多维度动态统计,辅助辨别铁路用地侵占,评价开发利用潜力。该平台能够为铁路不动产运营提供数字化解决方案,对铁路不动产精细化和智能化管理具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the railway real estate asset management, improve the level of property management of railway, uphold the use order and legitimate rights and interests of railway real estate, this paper designed and implemented intelligent supervision and operation platform for railway real estate, the platform can carry on the multi-dimensional dynamic statistics to the railway real estate, auxiliary distinguish railway land occupation, evaluate the potential of development and utilization. The platform can provide digital solutions for railway real estate operation, which is of great significance to the refinement and intelligent management of railway real estate. |
