摘    要:文章主要是探讨利用小波转换来探测铝合金加筋板格的多重裂缝,在实验中利用小波包节点范数(Wavelet Packet Node Norm)来建立带有铝合金加筋板格的第一模态振型值,并且利用二维离散小波分析来探测裂缝之所在位置.在数值分析方面,利用有限元法分析软件(ANSYS),进行平板之模态振型分析,并以二维离散小波分析探测裂缝位置,证明此方法之可行性.从数值分析与实验两者之结果均证实所提出之方法对于探测铝合金加筋板格的单一或多个破坏程度之缺陷位置,均有较好的检测能力.

Abstract:The main purpose of this study is to detect the multiple cracks of an aluminum plate with stiffeners by wavelet transforms.The wavelet packet node norm is utilized to construct the first mode shape of the plate in experiments and then detect the damage locations based on the two-dimensional discrete wavelet transforms.In numerical analysis, the first mode shape of the damaged plate is simulated by the finite element tool ANSYS, and the damage locations of the plate are detected by two-dimensional discrete wavelet analysis. The results of the numerical analysis and the experimental investigation reveal that the proposed method is useful to detect single crack or multi-cracks of a plate with stiffeners.
