摘    要:基于FANUC-0GCC数控系统,采用宏程序开发了LANDIS曲轴磨床自动磨削程序,采用PMC轴控技术开发了砂轮自动修整程序,实现了单通道系统中磨削与修整双任务并行运行,提高了机床的加工效率。

Abstract:This paper presented the automatic grinding program which was designed with user's macro of FANUC-0GCC for Landis crankshaft grinder,the automatic dressing program with the axial control of PMC.The grinding program and dessing program run at the same time in a single channel and raise the grinding efficacy of the grinder.
