| 摘 要： | 统计过程控制(SPC)是实现质量管理与控制的重要组成内容.在对SPC及其控制图进行基本阐述的基础上,结合企业ERP系统,在分析质量管理系统的功能模块后,将SPC技术与ERP质量管理系统进行了有效结合,并从受控质量特性选择和数据获取、控制图及其诊断以及工序能力指数等方面进行了深入研究和分析,给出了应用实例.该系统已经在企业得到很好的应用.
