高精度少齿差减速器的传动回差精度控制

摘    要:传动回差是高精度少齿差减速器一项重要精度指标,本文通过结构工艺分析,介绍了影响传动回差的一般因素和主要因素,提出了要保证包括偏心轴误差、齿轮误差、轴承误差在内的综合齿轮侧隙的概念,着重研究了不同工艺方案对传动回差控制的具体影响,并对高精度少齿差减速器研制工艺方案、工艺要点及装配调整作了较为详细的介绍。

Abstract:Driving backlash is an important accuracy parameter of th e speed reduc er with high accuracy and low gear tooth error.Based on analysis of structure a nd workmanship,the paper presents the general and key factors that affect drivin g backlash,and put forward some concepts concerning the complete tooth flank gap including eccentric shaft error,gear tooth error and bearing error.The research emphasis is put on the effect of different workmanship on the control of drivin g backlash.Also the paper introduces in details workmanship scheme,workmanship k ey points and assembly adjustment during the development of the speed reducer w ith high accuracy and low gear tooth error.
