| 摘 要： | 翻转课堂的核心理念是"先学后教、以学定教。"学生在课前自主学习教师提供的网络教学资源之后,回到课堂进行师生之间、生生之间的面对面交流讨论,这样不仅增加了课堂互动,也能够实现学生个性化学习。结合高校人才培养目标,将翻转课堂教学模式运用于思想政治理论课(以下简称思政课)教学,能够全面提升课堂的互动性,提升思想政治教育的有效性,从而加深学生对理论知识的内化程度并提高其实践能力,真正培养出高素质高技能型人才。
