盾构隧道施工中刀盘泥饼的形成机理和防治措施

复合地层盾构掘进中,盾构机刀盘结泥饼的现象是城市地铁隧道施工中的一个难题。文章以广州地铁四号线某区间隧道工程为例,从地层地质、盾构机自身设计制造及施工控制等因素对刀盘结泥饼的原因进行了分析,提出了防治泥饼的施工措施,为类似工程提供了解决此类问题的思路和途径。

Mechanism of the formation and the prevention of clay cakes in shield tunneling

Clay cakes may become a big challenge when shield machine excavates in the mixed strata condition,for which an example on Guangzhou Metro line 4 is presented.This article analyzes the reasons for the occurrence of clay cakes from geotechnical conditions;design and manufacture of the shield machine and construction control;and then puts forward the guidance to prevent the clay cakes and countermeasures against them for similar projects.
