| Abstract: | Beginning from the importance of foundamental technology in theAC drive electric traction, this paper makes clear the concept of foundamental technology and mainly describes the attributes, development and application of foundamental technology in AC drive electric traction. Wishes are also expressed that through the process of “10-year-change-over”, the targets of commercialization and industrialization of Chinese AC drive electric traction equipment can be achieved. |
