| 摘 要： | 分析了<STCW-F1995公约>对我国海洋渔船船员培训工作的影响,并就进一步发展我国海洋渔船船员培训考试工作、规范完善船员培训考试体系、建立培训责任制度、发展培育培训基地、加强管理、加大执法检查力度等方面提出了笔者的思考.
