基于功能相关门故障树的磁悬浮列车电源系统可靠性分析

摘    要:在深入了解CMS-3型磁悬浮列车电源系统结构的基础上,建立了列车电源系统失效的故障树,引入功能相关门,表述该树中的特殊逻辑关系。提出划分动态子树,并转化为马尔可夫模型的可靠性分析法,对比分析了电源系统改进前后的可靠性。通过计算证明该电源系统设计符合磁悬浮列车在安全性和可靠性方面的要求。

Abstract:Based on the thorough understanding of power system structure of CMS-3 maglev train,the fault tree of the disabled system is built. Function-correlated gate is introduced to illustrate the speciallogic relationship in the tree. The reliability analysis method is proposed to plot the dynamic sub-tree andto transform into Markov model. The system reliability before and after the modification is compared. Thecalculations prove that the power system design is consistent with the safety and reliability requirement bythe maglev train.
