| 摘 要： | 从水安全风险的角度出发,系统分析了水安全方面存在不确定因素,建立了水安全风险预警指标体系,确定了风险指标及其相应的预警阀值和预警信号,并应用系统动力学方法建立了水安全风险预警模型。
