钻井平台顶驱叶片工装件设计与耐久试验研究

摘    要:为有效开展300ft自升式钻井平台的耐久试验,设计出一款叶片工装件,以便真实地模拟顶驱系统进行钻井作业。通过力学分析和模拟计算,验证了所设计的叶片工装件不仅具有足够的强度,而且具有能与顶驱输出扭矩达到平衡状态的能力。根据模拟计算结果,反推出叶片工装件低速旋转时对应的阻力系数,与耐久试验实测出的扭矩值推算出的阻力系数十分接近,从而可以为技术人员设计和优化叶片工装件尺寸提供参考。

Abstract:For carrying out the endurance test for the 300ft jack-up drilling rig efficiently, one blade module was designed for top drive to simulate drilling job. By mechanics analysis and calculation, it was improved that the blade module has sufficient strength and the capability to keep balance with top drive. Based on the calculation results, the flow resistance coefficient of paddle was educed, which is close to that educed from endurance test results. So the resistance coefficient can be referred to by designer when designing and optimizing the blade module.
