摘    要:针对回转起重机摆动抑制问题,提出一种吊盘式机械防摇系统,其基本思想为:在吊物上方装一个吊盘,通过吊盘阻碍吊物的单摆运动,减小摆动幅度。针对提出的吊盘式机械防摇系统,进行了回转起重机防摇试验台设计研究。首先进行了试验台的三维结构设计、电气系统设计,然后进行了试验台的加工、组装和调试,最后进行了试验台控制程序的开发,完成试验台的搭建工作。

Abstract:For swing suppression of rotary crane, a mechanical anti-sway system with a sling tray was proposed, its basic idea was that a sling tray was installed above the cargo to reduce swing by hindering the simple pendulum of the cargo. For proposed mechanical anti-sway system with a sling tray, a test bed for rotary crane was designed. First, the three-dimensional structure and the electrical system of the test bed was designed, then the test bed was machined, assembled and debugged, at last the control program was developed to fulfill the test bed.
