摘    要:本文针对潜艇舱室液压油泄漏后的火灾风险研究,概述了美国海军所开展的一系列研究工作。为开展这项专项研究,美国利用根据核潜艇艏部舱室搭建的“沙德威尔/688”测试平台,对火灾、爆炸和其它相关风险进行了试验研究,取得大量成果,同时基于实测数据验证了针对性开发的潜艇舱室火灾预测软件的准确性。文章结合我国该领域的研究进展,指出液压油泄漏火灾风险控制思路和未来发展方向。相关研究对我国开展潜艇及其它船舶和密闭环境火灾风险控制研究具有指导意义。

Abstract:This paper aims at explosion and fire hazards in the event of submarine hydraulic system leak,and introduces large-scale tests conducted by US navy in the SHADWELL/688 test area which represents the forward compartment of a USS Los Angeles(SSN 688)class attack submarine,including consequences of submarine hydraulic fluid fires,potential for subm arine hydraulic fluid explosions and otherwise. Results from large-scale tests are significant and have been compared with simulations of those tests using the fire model. In general,the correlation between the test results and the model predictions are very good. Some issues related to the scheme and future development of submarine hydraulic system explosion and fire hazards,combining with our recent researches in this area,are discussed latter. These tests will give us some suggestion in the research of explosion and fire hazards in the enclosed environment such as submarine and other vessels.
