摘    要:印制电路板(PCB)是当今电子电路最基本的组成部分,各种电子元件在PCB上同时工作,将产生较严重的电磁干扰,影响到电子设备的正常工作,严重时将损坏设备。因此,电磁兼容性问题是电子电路设计时需要考虑的关键点。本文结合DSP在逆变器控制系统中的应用,详细分析了PCB设计中的电磁兼容性问题,从布局、接地以及滤波三个方面提出了减小电磁干扰的措施,最后,通过对比试验验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:Printed circuit boards are the basic components of the power electronic circuits nowadays. Severe electromagnetic interference will be generated with all kinds of electronic components operating simultaneously, which will definitely affect the normal operation of the electronic devices and likely damage the equipment. Therefore, electromagnetic compatibility must be taken into consideration when it comes to electronic circuit design. In this paper, the application of DSP in the control system of inverter is taken as an example, in which electromagnetic compatibility in PCB design is detailedly analyzed. Measures to minimize the electromagnetic interference are proposed concerning layout, grounding and filtering. The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by experiments.
