长距离大口径排水管道非开挖施工技术经济研究

摘    要:以上海市某长距离大口径特大型排水管道工程为背景,对26km排水管道施工中的顶管与盾构两种非开挖方案进行比选与分析。结果表明,两种施工技术均比较成熟,但顶管方案整体性强,安全性高、经济效益好,综合单价比盾构方案少17.1%左右。

Abstract:With the construction of a 26-km super-large sewer trunk in Shanghai as a practical example,a technically and economically comparative study and analysis are made of two trenchless construction methods for the construction of the 26-km super-large sewer trunk in the paper:jacking and sheilding.It is found that the two construction methods are both fairly mature technically.However,the jacking construction scheme is found to have the advantage of being good in integrity,high in security,and lower in cost,which is 17.1% lower than that of the shield construction scheme in the integrated unit price.
